The IJM NanoScaler is produced for the R&D of new LNP Formulations.
Using KNAUER’s Impingement Jet Mixing (IJM) technology, first used for the large-scale production of mRNA-based coronavirus vaccines, the IJM NanoScaler is designed for use in R&D Laboratories. The system’s small footprint means it can fit on a lab benchtop and its flexible design, with several different mixing chambers, makes it perfect for finding the optimum formulation conditions for new therapies pre-scale up.
The system produces LNP formulations at a range between 1 mL and 100 mL – meaning in addition to optimisation it is also suitable for pre-clinical trials.
